Leland Titus is a seasoned real estate broker and lifelong Santa Fe local with more than 20 years of experience helping property owners protect and grow their investments. As the owner of NM Property Management, he brings a straightforward, people-first approach to managing residential and commercial properties across Santa Fe.
Leland oversees a dedicated team and handles hundreds of transactions each year, earning a reputation for honesty, responsiveness, and a hands-on work ethic. He’s known for treating every property like it belongs to a friend or neighbor- because in Santa Fe, it often does.
Outside of real estate, Leland is a father, husband, and an avid mountain biker and snowboarder who loves the outdoors. He’s committed to building a company where both clients and team members feel supported, respected, and cared for. His mission is simple: deliver dependable management that gives owners peace of mind, better returns, and more free time to enjoy their lives.
Tory Knight- Office Manager
Tori Knight is the office manager and a licensed NM associate broker, bringing five years of dedicated experience and deep Santa Fe roots to the team. She has overseen hundreds of transactions and is the steady force behind the scenes who keeps operations running smoothly.
Tori handles everything from backend systems and paperwork to client and vendor relations. Her bubbly personality, clear communication, and no-nonsense efficiency make her a favorite among owners, tenants, and contractors alike. If something needs to get done, Tori is the one who makes it happen.
A proud Santa Fe local and mother of two, Tori is firmly connected to the community. Outside the office, she enjoys fishing, camping, exploring New Mexico’s landscape, and spending weekends taking her daughter to ballet. Her warmth, reliability, and commitment to people make her an invaluable part of the company and a trusted resource for everyone she works with.
Thom Chapman - Property Specialist / Operations manager
Thom Chapman is our Property Specialist and Operations Manager, bringing years of hands-on experience in the property management field to NM Property Management. He handles client needs with professionalism and care, ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standard. Thom oversees vendor relations, conducts property inspections, and keeps daily operations running smoothly - making him an essential part of the team.
Thom is known for his personable nature, strong work ethic, and genuine love for property management. A New Mexico native, he moved to Santa Fe many years ago and has built a deep connection to the community. Before joining the industry, Thom worked as a hairstylist, a background that sharpened his communication skills and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
