We do property visits once a quarter and at renewals to ensure your property is in good condition and being taken care of. We also have an online portal for tenants and owners; on this portal, tenants can submit repair requests for quick response and repairs.
Yes You can, our state-of-the-art property management software allows you to access financial reports and updates conveniently. Through the owners portal you will have access to all financials having to do with your property.
