Outside of real estate, Leland is a father, husband, and an avid mountain biker and snowboarder who loves the outdoors. Tory Knight – Office Manager

A proud Santa Fe local and mother of two, Tori is firmly connected to the community. Thom Chapman – Property Specialist / Operations Manager

Thom Chapman is our Property Specialist and Operations Manager, bringing years of hands-on experience in the property management field to NM Property Management. He handles client needs with professionalism and care, ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standard. Thom oversees vendor relations, conducts property inspections, and keeps daily operations running smoothly — making him an essential part of the team.

Thom is known for his personable nature, strong work ethic, and genuine love for property management. A New Mexico native, he moved to Santa Fe many years ago and has built a deep connection to the community.
